Training Plans

Maybe you are not looking for personal coaching or don’t want to join the squad but you would still like a quality training plan. All my training plans are available in blocks of 8 weeks, include a full description of any terms used and an explanation of why we are training this way. Plans are available in PDF form or in Training Peaks with structured workouts that can be uploaded to a Garmin, Zwift or similar computer setup. If you buy the Training Peaks version, you will get the pdf version included for free.
