Hello, I’m Ian and a big thanks to Sheona for giving you this link and referring you to Pennine Endurance Coaching. This means that I did a great job coaching Sheona and she thinks that we can work together to maximise your potential. I am a British Triathlon Level 2 coach, head coach at my local triathlon club, an Ironman Certified Coach and a Training Peaks Level 1 coach. I specialise in training athletes for Ironman and Ironman 70.3 races (also known as full distance, middle distance or half distance races) but I also train athletes for all other distance triathlons as well as half & full marathons, long distance swimming and cycle events.
